Hello Everyone,
I'm excited to share the experiences from my week with you all!
Playing Euro Truck Simulator 2
These days I am really enjoying playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2). It's such a fun and immersive experience driving trucks across Europe.
The graphics are amazing, and I love the realistic feel of the gameplay, Every delivery feels like a new adventure, and I can't get enough of it!
I’m working on a DIY gaming wheel for the simulator.
It’s really fun playing on that gaming wheel every day!]
Can I learn React?
This week I finished my challenge:
I successfully completed my challenge of making an increment counter using React!
At first, it seemed a bit tricky, but with some research and practice, I managed to get it working.
I decided to use the React framework (Next.js/Remix) for this project, and the goal was to create something similar to Flutter's default counter app.
The counter starts at zero, and with each click of the button, the number increases by one.
I learned how to handle state in React using the useState
hook, which allowed me to update the counter value dynamically.
One of the key challenges was understanding how React's component structure works, especially when it comes to re-rendering the UI based on state changes.
This project helped me get more comfortable with React, and I now feel more confident in using it for future assignments.
It was a great learning experience, and I’m excited to tackle more complex challenges moving forward!
Dell laptop behaving badly?
I've been using my Dell laptop for the past 7 months, and it's been reliable for most of my tasks, like coding, editing, and content creation.
It's a Vostro 3420, and it has served me well in terms of performance.
I’ve been able to run various programs without major issues, whether it's working on my JavaScript projects or using it for everyday tasks.
]It’s lightweight and portable, which makes it easy for me to carry around when I need to work on the go.
Recently, I had some issues with the battery not holding a charge properly, which was frustrating at first.
However, it’s starting to perform better now.
The battery seems to last again, and I don't have to keep it plugged in as often.
I’m glad to see the improvement, and it’s definitely making my experience smoother overall.
Hopefully, it will continue to work well going forward.
Now I have a 26-day Streak on Duolingo!
And a 5-week Streak on Khan Academy!
