Hello Everyone,
I'm excited to share the experiences from my week with you all!
So I am travelling with my mom this week, to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
On the 23rd we set out for Jaipur, so we took a bus from Dharamshala to Pathankot.
From there we took an overnight Train to Jaipur.
In Jaipur, we stayed in one of our friend’s house.
There was a pool in the society so I could swim every evening.
We also explored Badi Chaupar in Jaipur, shopped in the market and visited Hawa Mahal.
Hawa Mahal is a stunning five-story palace known for its unique honeycomb structure and 953 small windows, designed to allow royal women to observe street festivals without being seen, it also features secret passages for the kings and queens to hide or escape during times of danger.
We also visited Jantar Mantar.
Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observatory built in the early 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II, featuring a collection of architectural astronomical instruments designed to measure time, predict eclipses, and track celestial bodies.
We are planning to set out for Udaipur on Monday - Tuesday.
Anyways,
I am reading The Goblet of Fire,
I am travelling so I can’t do maths and French these days.
